Meet Amos the farmer! Amos operates a small family farm in Cambridge, New York, raising chickens and ducks while organically growing a mix of Korean and domestic vegetables such as sesame leaves, long peppers, tomatoes, and Korean cucumbers.

 

Amos hopes that the Garden of Eden farms will soon be commercially operational, but in the meantime, Sunhee's sources from the farm and other local distributors and farmers when possible, with a commitment to finding the best quality ingredients and products.

 

All scrap food from the restaurant goes straight to the farm to be used as chicken feed and turned into compost so you don't have to worry about leftovers!
